Thanks for sharing this info.! I just wonder how much we can do from overseas given the politcal and beaucrative agenda embedded in such a national selecting process. Also, do we have any more detailed information on how such selection is based on, and any hard data of HUST that we can present to prove that HUST deserve to be one of the 21 leading university league. We can certainly have a signed petition letter from alumni overseas, but without hard data it won't be convincing. Just curious, which of the 21 univisities that have been selected anyway?
