It is really a shame for blocking the access to HUST site for so many users for that long. We are talking about a university ranked No.7 in China.
It must be a critical bug the administor is not aware of, no matter it is about firewall or port setting or DNS.
If you have some connection with HUST officials, please send them a message about it. It may just take seconds to fix the problem if they know the issue.
