Merge is to raise the profile of some so-called politicians!

Hi, Dear HUSTers,

Do you think the merge of HUST and Tongji, whatever it is, will benefit

the universities or schools? No, I don't think so! The essence of the

merge is to raise the profile of some so-called politicians. If what

they care about is the prospects of the universities or schools, why should

we change the name of HUST? Why not merge HUST with other universities?

Could anyone make sense of what has been going on?

If the name of HUST has to be changed, I do also think "Hua Ji" (funny)

university is the best one, which may make the new univ. popular!
