They definitely can not steal the "hust" domain, as it would not work!

In US, there are also situations like this: University of New Orleans vs. University of Nebraska-Omaha (both UNO), University of Washington at Seatle and University of Wisconsin-Madison (both UW). In the UNO case, New Orleans got the UNO domain, but it does not affect Omaha to use UNO for themselves. In the UW case, both schools are pretty good and have national reputations, so people normal call them Washington and Wisconsin instead, although they both call themselves UW.
