Donations from alumni sent to Hong Kong

During the annual meeting and picnic on Oct. 26, 25 Houston area alumni donated money to Xu Yan's family. The donations from Houston alumni and a Delaware alumnus totaled $515.88 and was wire transferred to the special account of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology on Oct. 29.
