一. 会议概要.
The Second International Workshop on Information Security and Applications (IWISA 2010) will be held on October 22-25, 2010, in Qinhuangdao, China, which is organized by Yanshan University (China), Qingdao Technological University(China), Concordia University (Canada), and is sponsored by ACIS (The International Association for Computer and Information Science), Trent University (Canada), Hebei Provincial Natural Science Foundation of China, Hebei Mathematics Society (China), Hebei Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (China). 第二届国际信息安全及其应用研讨会（IWISA 2010）将于2010年10月22日至25日，在燕山大学（中国秦皇岛）举办。 此次会议由秦皇岛大学（中国）、青岛理工大学（中国）、康科迪亚大学（加拿大）、国际计算机与信息科学协会(ACIS）(美国)、特伦特大学（加拿大）、河北省自然科学基金会（中国）、河北省数学会（中国），河北省工业与应用数学协会（中国）联合举办。
IWISA 2010 is a continuation of IWISA 2009 (held in Qingdao, China, November 21-22, 2009) and a workshop of CDEE 2010 (1st International Symposiums on Cryptography, Network Security, Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery, E-Commerce and its Applications, and Embedded Systems.) which aims to enhance international academic exchanges on related topics and to provide a chance for communications among researchers. 第二届国际信息安全及其应用研讨会（IWISA 2010）是IWISA 2009（于2009年11月21日至22日在中国青岛举行）的延续. 也是(CDEE 2010)（第一届国际密码学、网络安全、数据挖掘和知识发现、电子商务以及嵌入式系统研讨会）的分专题会议。此次学术会议旨在加强相关主题的国际学术交流, 为相关研究人员提供一个交流的机会和平台。
二．论文发表：
50% of the accepted papers (selected in terms of topic and quality) will be published by the IEEE Computer Society and indexed by EI, INSPEC, DBLP. The rest of the accepted papers will be published by WAU( world Academic Union) and indexed by ISTP. And 15 papers to include in Springer’s Studies in Computational Intelligence as usual.after significant extension and re-review.
50%的被会议接受的论文将由美国IEEE计算机学会出版，并被EI及DBLP检索。其他论文将被ISTP检索。 15篇在会议中报告的论文将被挑选到Springer’s Studies in Computational Intelligence发表。

七: Paper Submission 会议投稿
Papers are invited from prospective authors with interest on the related areas. Each paper should be written with title, authors' names, affiliation, email addresses, an up to 150-words abstract with keywords, and a one-column body within 6 single-spaced pages and with font size at 12 pts. All papers MUST be submitted electronically in PDF format only via: ieee2010 @ 126 . com .
After a paper has been accepted for IWISA 2010, the author(s) will be asked to provide the Word file (with PDF file) of the paper based on IWISA 2010 style. Template files will be available at the conference website and can be downloaded for MS Word.

注册作者及提交论文，必须用英文撰写（中国大陆作者可以使用中文投稿，在论文评审结束后，确定本人论文被录用，再在组委会规定时间内由作者自行翻译成英文），使用IEEE标准格式，长度不超过6页。会议组委会将为录用后的文章提供统一文章格式和模版。
